Job description

The Talent Experience Coordinator, is a project-based contract position supporting a large-scale transition of contingent workers to new assignments as part of a customer's implementation of an updated internal accounting and workforce management platform. This role will focus on creating, updating, and maintaining worker assignments to ensure uninterrupted worker access and a seamless continuation of services throughout the migration process.

Working in a fast-paced environment, the Talent Experience Coordinator will manage high-volume validation and transfer of compliance documents between systems while partnering closely with internal operations teams and managers. The role is critical to supporting the successful migration of more than 750 active worker assignments while maintaining ongoing business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assurance reviews of contingent worker document packets to verify document accuracy and completeness.

  • Upload and maintain compliance documentation within customer systems as required.

  • Partner with internal compliance teams to resolve documentation deficiencies.

  • Escalate issues that could impact worker access, onboarding completion, or project timelines.

  • Support business continuity by ensuring worker access remains uninterrupted throughout system changes.

  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives designed to increase efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, onboarding, staffing operations, HR operations, or a related field.

  • Experience managing high-volume data entry and administrative processes with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • · Experience with Fieldglass, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), onboarding platforms, or workforce management technology.

  • · Experience supporting large-scale operational projects or system migrations.
