Operations Coordinator

6 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Hybrid with regular weekly client-site attendance in London 2-3 days a week

Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting a major client account while also providing support across a range of other client programmes.

This is a varied role combining recruitment coordination, candidate management, contractor support and stakeholder engagement. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, hiring teams and contractors throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing candidate activity through recruitment and vendor management systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

  • Meeting candidates face-to-face on-site as part of the recruitment and onboarding process.

  • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, contractors, clients and internal colleagues.

  • Conducting in person right to work and vetting processes

  • Supporting contractor onboarding, compliance and day-one inductions.

  • Tracking and managing timesheets, extensions and associated administration.

  • Producing and maintaining recruitment and workforce reports using internal systems and Excel.

  • Building strong working relationships with client stakeholders and wider account teams.

  • Supporting recruitment operations across multiple accounts as required.

What we're looking for

  • Recruitment coordination, recruitment administration or workforce management.

  • Experience within Trades, industrial, engineering or construction recruitment or similar sectors would be ideal.

  • Client-facing recruitment or account support roles.

  • Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.

  • Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

  • The ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team player.
