    Job description

    Talent Engagement Coordinator

Based from our Luton office (with some travel into London as required)

Do you thrive on the phone, building relationships and helping people ? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a Talent Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team and become the first point of contact for our community of contract workers supporting them from initial onboarding, during their assignment right through to the end of their contract.

    What you’re be doing

    • Being the friendly, reassuring voice on the other end of the phone for workers who get in touch, whether they've got a question, a problem, or just need some support.

    • Logging, triaging, and resolving enquiries quickly and accurately, escalating the trickier ones when needed.

    • Being part of our candidate engagement programme

    • Guiding new starters through onboarding and making sure they feel informed, prepared, and ready for day one.

    • Supporting workers as they come to the end of an assignment, including exit interviews and helping them find their next opportunity with us.

    • Keeping accurate records and helping spot patterns or trends that could improve the service for everyone.

    What we’re looking for

You might have worked in a call centre, customer service, HR administration/onboarding, or recruitment, what matters most is that you can pick things up quickly and genuinely care about people.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

    ●       Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.

    ●       Enjoy a busy, fast-paced phone-based role.

    ●       Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.

    ●       A fast learner's mindset and confidence using Microsoft Office and digital tools.

    Important information - security clearance

This role sits within a central government environment, so successful candidates will need to go through an enhanced security clearance process.

    What’s on offer:

    ●       Salary of £25,000–£26,000, depending on experience (plus benefits).

    ●       A clear, structured career path

    ●       A supportive, people-focused team culture.

    ●       The chance to make a genuine difference to people's working lives, every single day.
